Repeat prescriptions can be ordered as follows:
Prescriptions requests take 48 hours to process, so please ensure that you order your medication on time. Meaning, once you order your prescription it will be made available for collection 48 hours later at your nominated pharmacy. For example: Ordered Monday collect Wednesday after 4.00pm at your nominated pharmacy. Prescriptions can be ordered on-line, or by telephone between 10.30am to 4.00pm.
When ordering medication you must nominate which pharmacy it should be sent to. When prescriptions are ready they will be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy, most local pharmacies collect from the surgery on a daily basis.
If you change pharmacy it is important you let us know so that we can update your records
