If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you. We will not contact you with normal results.

If you have not heard from us and wish to check you test results contact a member of the reception team.

Please note, the Reception Team are only permitted to release limited information to patients that has been agreed by the Doctors. The Reception Team are not clinicaly trained to interpret test results.

In order to maintain confidentiality; results can only be given to the patient themselves or in the case of children, the child's parent or guardian.

When you have had tests or investigations, the clinician who requested them will share the results with you. They know exactly which tests were carried out and what they are looking for.

For your safety, our GPs are not able to give results of tests that were arranged by clinicians in other settings.

If your tests were done in hospital (NHS or Private), please contact them directly for your results.
